This article reflects on the concept of citizenship in Latin America and Chile, linking it to the body as a discursive category excluded from this consideration. We address the problem of the female body in public thing and we propose a reflection about the prohibition of abortion in Chile, opposing it the idea of its practice repeated as possibility of dislocation of the word of the law.
