Abstract

Given the last electoral result, one can expect the opening to a broad revision of the Political Charter. This constitutes an opportunity to propose some corrections and improvements that can be made regarding the matter of transparency in our Constitution, with the aim of reinforcing a broad framework of transparency in public activity, which expressly recognizes the right of access to information.
