Presentation of the work of Carlos Isensee R.
The initial purpose of these notes is to introduce the work carried out by Carlos Isensee R., student assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile, taking advantage of the opportunity to confront their postulates and dialogue with them and with those of other authors.
