Pink Capitalism is a market that has emerged in the last 30 years in the western world along with a greater immersion of sexual and gender dissidents into the public space. Through the following article, we will take a historical journey from the homoerotic meeting spaces in Santiago de Chile to the current forms of LGBTQ + sociability in order to understand the moment when the LGBTQ+ community became a client within a viable market and the effects
that this has had on the community itself.
