Abstract

This article analyzes training policy for public servants developed by Spanish Public Adminisration Institutes between 1999 and 2005. The objective is to ascertain differences and similarities between the various programs, to identify coordination and cooperation mechanisms, and to determine the impact that these programs have had on new public management.
