The Primar y Angiosarcoma of the breast is a low frequency malignant neoplasia and poor prognosis characterized by the presence of tumors of fast growth and great size at the time of the diagnosis associated to ecchymotic and edematosous changes of the skin. We present 2 cases corresponding to women between 48 and 72 years, in which the definitive diagnosis was anatomopathological. A bibliographic review and description of the cases was made, enhancing the importance of exhaustive diagnosis procedure.
