Abstract

This paper is divided into three parts. In the first analyzes eleven important advantages given for maintaining the current Constitution. In the second, it identifies six reasons for drawing up a democratic Constitution, the third party seeks to remove obstacles that must be overcome to achieve the foregoing objective.
