Abstract

En las ultimas décadas, la literatura jurídico-administrativa hispano americana se ha enriquecido notablemente con valiosas aportaciones. Destaca entre éstas, la debida al profesor Silva Cimma,titular de la cátedra de Derecho Administrativo de la Universidad de Chile y contralor general de la Repúblíca.
