About the nullity of public law in our constitutional legal system and, in particular, consistent interpretation of articles 6th and 7th of the Constitution
We state as a proposition provable that the legal provisions and case law fail to sanction the annulment of legal acts of state bodies against the principle of legality enshrined in articles 6 th and 7 th of the Constitution, this does not transgress necessarily, although peremptory and absolute character of the rule contained in subsection 1 of the second article cited, which apparently leads to the opposite conclusion
