Abstract
This paper aims to highlight the significance of the judgment of the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court accepted an appeal that the complaint has been established that the right to defense includes the right and duty of professional secrecy and that the interception, recording and bailiff transcript of telephone conversation with his lawyer’s client and handed over to the prosecutor, was not covered by the legal mandate, so I act outside the law.
