Abstract

Chile presents a weak dogmatic study on this matter, which in turn affects the meager and unsystematic regulations contained in the 1980 Constitution. The legal regulation, on the other hand, is extensive and technically highly developed, and is contained in Decree Law No. 1.2633, called Organic Decree Law of State Financial Administration. Given the subject of our work, we will refer to these standards in notes.
