Abstract

The lawyer ... has requested a Law Report regarding the legal consequences that emanate from a possible falsity of the signature of a person who appears signing the indictment and civil lawsuit in a criminal proceeding governed by the new Code of Criminal Procedure , since after a first study he has doubts about its authenticity.
