Abstract

The subject of the holders and the subjects bound by the rules of art. 19 CPR is one of those topics that, due to its apparent obviousness, is usually ignored in forensic and university discussions. However, as will be seen below, it is a topic of fundamental dogmatic importance and singular practical relevance.
