SUMMARY: 1) Applicable constitutional and legal norms. 2) Opportunities in which the presidential elections were held. 3) Candidates in the elections. 4)Referred applications and groups they counted on. 5) Minority sectors and candidates. 6) Electoral vices. 7) Influence of complementary parliamentary elections in some presidential elections. 8) Election results. 9) Proclamation or election by Congress. 10) The increase in the electoral population. 11) The determining circumstances, and the almost fortuitous ones, of the presidential elections. 12) Conclusions.
