Abstract

This paper reflects on the new rules of the organic law of the Constitutional Court and on certain aspects that could or should have been included in them. An attempt is made to draw attention to the institution of interpretative rulings, the questions that make their constitutionality doubtful, and the difficulties that their application and enforceability pose.
