Abstract

En esquemas estilo flujograma, se grafican los pasos que se debe cumplir frenta a una acción de inconstitucionalidad y el procedimiento a seguir frente a un requerimiento de inaplicablidad conforme a la Ley Orgánica del Tribunal constitucional.
