Abstract

It is worth a small testimonial reference to adhere to the commemoration of the 120 years of chair that the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile celebrates these days. The professors of the Postgraduate School suggested that I address an approach to a contemporary concept of Administrative Law, a profound and endless task, which I have tried to do with great dedication in the lines that follow.
