Abstract

La sentencia judicial, como cualquier otro acto emanado del Poder Público, encarnado en órganos estatales, está expuesta a error, que la simple convención práctica alrededor de la vieja fórmula de Ulpiano “res judicata, pro veritate accipitur” no logrará jamás disimular.
