Abstract

Latin America today gives us a very different vision than the one that existed a few years ago, when we began the 21st century, with a much more auspicious perspective of development and the level of institutionality achieved by the integration spaces. This made it possible to deliver a vision that appeared more cohesive at the international level and Latin America emerged as a continent in which democracy and respect for human rights had come to stay.
