The constitutional provision contained in art. 8 of the Fundamental Charter, after the reform that underwent the year 2005, which expressly assumes the principle of probity in the exercise of public functions, constitutes one of the cornerstones of the legal framework that regulates the exercise of administrative actions of the State organs.
