Abstract

I. Presentation The purpose of this paper is to elucidate whether it is possible to file a question of inapplicability in a management that could affect a case ruled by an arbitrator arbitrator. The question is of great interest, especially when the constitutional reform introduced in August of last year by Law No. 20,050, expressly contemplates as an assumption of inapplicability, the existence of a procedure followed before an "ordinary or special court".
