The Appeal in the New Criminal Procedure Against the Constitutional Right to Due Process

Abstract

Taking advantage of the instance that the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile always offers, through its Journal of Public Law, it seems opportune to review the regime of appeals contemplated in the New Code of Criminal Procedure, especially in relation to the appeal, facing the demands imposed by the Constitution and the international treaties in force in our country, in relation to the respect and promotion of the fundamental right to due process.
