The theme included in this issue of the Journal, unlike previous volumes that were oriented towards a specific line of study-result, sometimes, of previously held seminars, such as the National Congress (Review No. 65-2003) or the Criminal Procedure Reform (Review No. 64-2002), the current issue has a markedly miscellaneous character.
