Abstract

One of the topics traditionally absent from political, legal and academic discussion in our country is the State model from the point of view of the territorial distribution of power or legal form of the State. Furthermore, it is considered a dogma of faith of our Republic to begin by defining the State of Chile as unitary, in which whatever the policy of territorial distribution of power, it can never put into play this essential characteristic of its political structure.
