Abstract

Summary: 1. Legal regulations that govern advisory opinions and the procedure to be followed. 2. What does the "consultation" consist of? Its legal nature. 3. Who can request advisory opinions? 4. Decision-making capacity of the Court to accept or reject the advisory opinions made to it. 5. Analysis of the socio-political framework in which the existence of advisory opinions was considered and enabled. Its consequences in the face of the changes produced from then to today. 6. The advisory opinions referred to the legal norms of domestic law of the Member States. 7. Synthesis.
