Abstract

The professor at the University of Aix-Marseille III Louis Joseph Favoreauexposes in his conference that the development of constitutional justice is certainly the most outstanding event of Constitutional Law of the second half of the 20th century in Europe, and perhaps in the world, not conceiving today a constitutional system that does not reserve a place to this institution, with a European model of constitutional justice and an American model radiating its influence to others.
