Abstract

Previo al examen de estos temas estimo de gran importancia precisar que en Chile existe lo que hemos denominado una justicia constitucional compartida, pues no todo el control de constitucionalidad de las leyes y de las normas administrativas le ha sido encargado al Tribunal Constitucional, de manera que este órgano no es el único guardián del principio de la supremacía constitucional.
