Abstract

Professor Quintana, within the framework of the contemporary Latin American situation of prosperity and the growing expectations that it has entailed, the satisfaction of which imposes a political and ethical challenge on the nascent democracies, addresses the promotion of initiatives aimed at reforming the organs of the State, so that they serve people more adequately and fulfill their purpose of common good.
