Abstract

From the legal-constitutional point of view, the author invites us to reflect on sport as a fundamental right. Analyze it as a means to guarantee declarations of fundamental rights currently in force in our Constitution, such as life, health and education and, of course, address the convenience that the Constitution recognizes and expressly protects it, establishing the obligation of the State to protect encourage and facilitate their development.
