Abstract

Éste es el cambio que, en el último cuarto de siglo, puede ser calificado como el de mayor relevancia en nuestra Teoría Democrática y Estado de Derecho. Y pienso que esa importancia del tópico existe no sólo en Chile sino que, en la medida que el tema se refiere a una Carta Fundamental legítima, en el mundo del constitucionalismo democrático entero.
