Abstract

La cuestión del pluralismo, así como la de la tolerancia que le está ligada, tiende hoy a ser superada por la exigencia subjetiva de autonomía expresada en el ejercicio espontáneo de la libertad (ejercicio de hecho libertino), en vistas al desarrollo del sujeto. Esto supone, y lleva consigo, de facto, el rechazo de toda norma objetiva universalmente establecida, así como de toda institucionalidad.
