Abstract

Los partidarios del divorcio vincular piensan que una iniciativa legislativa de esa naturaleza cabría dentro del actual ordenamiento constitucional. En los hechos, mientras el ejecutivo anuncia que no habrá mensaje en tal sentido, ya se encuentran en la Cámara de Diputados a lo menos dos mociones parlamentarias que establecen el matrimonio disoluble.
