Abstract

Conocida es secular polémica en torno a la pena de muerte. El mantenimiento o la abolición de la pena capital ha dividido tradicionalmente las opiniones de juristas, moralistas y hasta teólogos. Se trata de un problema conceptualmente complejo y humanitariamente muy delicado.
