Abstract

In doctrine, the subjectivity of the full jurisdiction action is synonymous with subjective protection. However, in jurisprudence this action only operates to limit the exercise of the annulment action of public law. This is not only contrary to the protective qualification of this mechanism, but also turns its subjectivity into a true subjectivism, because of the imprecision of the patrimonial acts which allow their conversion.
