Corruption represents a serious obstacle to economic and social development globally, negatively impacting all sectors of society by diverting public resources and undermining trust in institutions. Combating corruption is a global priority, and although there is no single solution, three main approaches have been identified: promoting values and integrity, implementing economic incentives, and imposing sanctions. This article aims to explore and compare these three approaches in the fight against corruption in the Peruvian context, assessing their strengths, limitations, and potential for coordination.
