Women's economic development has been the subject of study in recent decades, highlighting its value and contribution to countries' development. In this context, we will examine how sustainable public procurement has enabled our country to adopt policies aimed at promoting the participation of women and their businesses in the public market, until its public procurement reform. However, this reform does not seem to be sufficient to ensure the effective participation of women in public procurement.
